So I bought this faux frameback and the blade seems to have been removed and placed back and there was a gap at the back of the spine and the blade. Here is a picture:

Well it looks as there is a mark that indicates the original position of the blade. So I know somebody moved the blade the question is how do I move it back?

Why not remove the blade entirely? When it's disassembled you can clean it up, then widen the slot in the frame just enough so that the blade can be replaced in the slot. Then carefully crimp the frame using a vise or the judicious use of a hammer and anvil.

As above, remove the blade,I would just clean the blade and the slot of any rust ,razor blade may work well,I would not widen the slot.
I would put some red thread locker in the slot, insert the blade.than carefully peen the frame,or use an arbor press to crimp the frame onto the blade.

I am a big frameback fan & the gap you are showing is not uncommon, I have a John Engstrom in ivory that has the same gap.

Personally, I would just de-pin it, clean it up, and use it, but I'm not one of those guys who has to have a shiny razor.
