    How do I pin a razor with these collars ?? Do they take the place of the washer??

    I think these scales are horn I'm not 100 pct sure.. Can I sand them to clean them up a bit then polish them to get some type of shine out of them . Please look at post one pic

Size:  17.0 KB well finished this one up today,sanded by hand from 220-12,000 I left a lil patina on the blade because I wanted a ill bit of that vintage look still. Since this razor is from the 1800's.. I'm very pleased With the finish product.. Pics don't do justice horrible camera .. The original horn scales were re pinned with new brass bulls eye collars.. Hand polished with mothers mag wheel cleaner and then some blue magic with a microfiber cloth.. Last thing to do is hone it up.. Ill let u guys know how she shaves.. Thank u for ur support as usual..
