Restoration mentor in my area?
Not sure if this is the right place for this post but I want to give it a shot. I'm just now trying my hand at restoring vintage blades and plan on building up a little work shop of my own when I have the space. Was just wondering if there is anyone in the tacoma/seattle area that has a shop that I could take a gander at, maybe learn some techniques, pretty much just get a good idea of what to plan for maybe get some hands on experience along side a seasoned vet haha. I have a few SR I got from the bay that I can bring in to work with and a dremel with all the right attachments if needed. Ill post a pic of the razors I have. I mostly for into restoration because I need to repair a sr my wife have me as a wedding gift that is in pretty bad shape since deployment. Even tips posted here would be very much appreciated!

I'm over in Kitsap county, but am in the same boat you are. I do plan to make the Spokane meet-up though. Hope to see you there!
The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.
