Thread: Magnets & Razors? Should they be avoided?

    I was also wondering the same thing the other day. Would the swarf tend to stay on the edge of a magnetized blade? Would it affect the honing process differntly? Better, worse, or same? I personally do not have any magnetized blades, but have often wondered and shy away from the major magnet holders just in case.

    I was thinking the same thing - also about the unwary reaching into jdoc's medicine cabinet, happily though in the latter example the requisite supplies would be on hand to staunch the flow of blood!
