    Default Which Grit?

    On my first project have just had to go quite aggressively with the dremel to remove some rust. This has left a matt finish so which grit will put the shine back on the spine & blade?

    Why did I start this!?!?!?!

    use 1200 grit to remove all the scratches from yoiur dremel work.

    you should then be able to go for the mirror polish from you polish of choice (Autosol here)
