rust at pivot point
just purchased two geneva cutlery razors. they both close on center and have little rust. how important is it to take them a part and clean the rust off the pivot? i can do it easy enough but is it more important to keep the pins original? it is quite tight in part of it's rotation so maybe it should be cleaned?

Thanked: 2027Put oil in the pivot and work the blade back and forth.
If you do not want to see the rust, unpin and get rid of it.
