If it were me I'd leave the blade alone, put it to the hones, and shave with it. Afterward I'd start thinking about replacement scales - maybe blonde horn. But knowing me I'd then likely start a light restore of the blade to get rid of some scratches and stains. About 3/4 of the way through that I'd probably decide it needs to have a satin finish. And then on to the scales. But that's just me...
