Refaceing a wonky wedge.
Spent a few hours trying to hone up my other W&B from the 2 day set. Would not set a bevel, tried every possible technique, and some that may not even exist. So I layed it flat to the stone, no tape on the spine, and made a few scrub passes on each side to see what's going on. Just as I suspected, bad spine wear, and this was almost a true wedge now. So off to the OUTBACK, were I'll make this a true wedge, and get everything right again.
I'll start on a 220 Naniwa SS till everything is right, then progress to 1000, till bevel is set. At this point I'll decide to either tape and finish the progression, or go all the way without tape.
