I got it from Lowes today, I was going to try my hand at buffing some blades out. My SWMBO got me a set of 38 blades from the pawn shop where she works at for Valentines day, she says it was a collectors, but I'm not to sure of that. So I inventory all my blades and have a few the are good "practice" ones to try just on the buffing (not grinding/greaseless). I research the grinder, it's variable speed, 5/8" arbor, 8" grinding wheels, so I can run 8" wheels at 2000 RPM and 6" even slower. So they have the 6" buffing wheels there with the 5/8" holes to I pick up a firm and a few medium ones. I get the grinding wheels off without and issue and now I have this 1/2-3/4" gap that needs to be filled in order for the nut to snug up.

How do you guys deal with this? If there just a part I need to pick up or am I stacking washers up between the flanges and the buffing wheels? I figure there had to be a simple solution out there.
