Default which washers to get for pinning outside and inside

This question I'm sure has been asked many times, but I just want something verified. When you pin a razor to the scales, there are two washers on the inside between the blade and each scale. There are also two washers on the outside, preventing the rod from sliding out when its peened. Out of the parts posted in http://straightrazorpalace.com/works...steners-2.html, for washers, the part numbers are FWB0100#0.064 1/8 .017$ 4.20 and FWBW0100#0 wide.064 3/16 .017$ 4.90, which one is for the inside of the blade and which one is for the outside? Or are these washers for something else? Im asking because I think I can reuse the inside washers from the razor I ripped the old scales from. Im planning on using them with a 1/16 nickel silver rod.

The wide ones would be for the inside and the others outside. I always try to reuse to original washers if possible and if not well that is where these come in handy. You can also use the wide ones on the outside for stacking washers.
