    Default Crafting a razor box

    Well, here's my journey into making a box for razors!

    Starting with this unfinished pine box from hobby lobby. $7.99

    Bought a long 1/4 inch thick slab of poplar...was like 4 ft to begin with.
    (Already had this at home...$2ish)

    Using a miter saw since I don't have a table saw I measured and cut the tang side slots.

    For the scale end side I cut these slots using a hand coping saw.

    Now to stain and finish the box. Then line it with black velvet

    Removed all hardware from the box and going to prep the box by sanding before applying stain
