The Goldilocks principle states that something must fall within certain margins, as opposed to reaching extremes. When the effects of the principle are observed, it is known as the Goldilocks effect.
The Goldilocks principle is derived from a children's story "The Three Bears" in which a little girl named Goldilocks finds a house owned by three bears. Each bear has their own preference of food and beds.
After testing all three examples of both items, Goldilocks determines that one of them is always too much in one extreme (too hot or too large), one is too much in the opposite extreme (too cold or too small), and one is "just right". (from Wikipedia)
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 13247Some facts on the Masecraft Polyester
@Antique Hoosier I checked for you as I worked these
Western Tortoise or "The Darker Stuff"
Starting thickness = .145"
Ending thickness = .100" or darn close
I figured you might want to see what they looked like on an actual razor, made into razor scales, so you have an accurate idea of color
This was the first time I had used the Western version for actual scales, in the past they had something similar but it was Acrylic not Poly and a bit lighter in colors, I used the Eastern version on several Puma's in the past and liked that quite a bit, but it is a somewhat Lighter color as you saw..
