Yesterday I disassembled a 5/8 wedge with busted scales.
I already have the wood for the new scales, and Joe has sent me some pins and washers, but the pinhole is rather wide.

If I were Lou my description would probably involve an elephant , but I'm not so I will give you the exact size: 3 mm.
It is a bit un-even too, so If I'd have to drill it out I'd have a hole of 4 mm diameter.

I think the best thing to do is to drill it out, and insert something to fill it up, with a small pin-sized hole in the middle.

But before I am going to search for such a thing, I'd have to know what you'd call it in english.
Anyone?
