Honestly, if I had a source for triple stacks, I would probably use them. I just haven't found any that don't cost an arm and a leg.
If you read in the workshop you will find that you can simply stack three different size washers together and achieve a similar look. It works well and too be honest I have a bunch of the solid brass triple stack washers and they are kind of tricky to pin with and I think they wind up too high.
