Thanked: 23Razor Restoration 'Starter Kit'
Can you kind folks recommend some things to put in a fairly inexpensive 'Starter Kit' for razor restoration? From reading a bunch of posts in this forum I've identified the following:
- Wet/Dry sandpaper from 400 up to 2000 grit for removing stains and blemishes
- WD-40 (see above)
- Brasso for polishing
- Cloths/rags (see above)
- Small anvil for removing/setting pins
- Side cutting pliers (see above)
- Ball-peen hammer (see above)
Would that get a relative beginner through the majority of minor issues with a razor?
