this is how I keep all of my saved hardware together, it all stays in one spot on the back of cloth tape.

As soon as something is considered a project, I keep everything together in a single box per project: scales, spacer, blade, etc.
Saves me a lot of hassle and even if some projects go on the backburner for a while, I can pick up just where I left things.
As soon as I became a part time bladesmith, I started organizing everything in boxes.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

I have been washing out and using these little solo cups and lids from take-out. They work great to keep collars/wedges together, among other things like polish, neetsfoot oil, etc. Probably cheap to buy em too.

I rest my case.
