Thread: not sure what or how to start...

The scales are loose and needs to be repinned. I'd like to clean up the scales and also clean up the blade. The blade isn't pitted, and the shaving edge looks to be really smooth. Honestly, it looks almost shave ready. On the one side there inscription or something saying Solingen. I'd like to make it shave ready but not sure how to start...
