    Default Seeking some help?

+1 on harbor freight. I'm about to buy a buffer from them. They're like $40 and if you buy the warranty you can wear it out and take it back. They're great and returns.

The key to a buffer for razors is speed. You want the slowest speed you can get (around 1800 rpm)and at least 1/2 hp. Use smaller buffing wheels too.
