Well I found another post about this process after I made mine, and wish I would have had the input. Hopefully I dont have issues with the flex of the scales.
Either way I think they turned out alright, Now to finish cleaning up the blade.

Thanked: 4826I was thinking of something like CA or clear nail polish. I haven't messed with brass liners yet. I was hoping to learn a trick or two perhaps someone in the loop will tell us.

This is what we put in on door knobs in a century home. 5 years and we didn't need to reapply.

I have only used it on brass. For the SS I have used brushed SS and a matte poly finish. Not on razor scales but for door inlays.
