They were beautiful while they lasted.
Made some cross cut zebra scales for my W&B, the stock was very thick almost 1/4th inch, and very hard to work with. I had to break out the dremel to break the corners. All and all they looked pretty good.
But the razor wouldnt close all the way, the toe wasn't touching the wedge or anything, so after a couple drinks i decided, that, "what could go wrong if i put a few pounds of pressure on the spine?" Drunk me figured i would be able to figure out where the rub was if i put a little force into it.
All i can say is thank god i didn't damage my Wade and Butcher, its now back in the Beefwood scales i originally made for it.
