Default no longer closing in centre of scales

Is there an easy way to sort a razor that no longer closes in centre? Cuts into scale when closed without slightly pushing to one side.

Take a hammer head,Put it in a vise (anvil) Take a tablespoon and gently tap the Pivot pin on the side you want to move the blade, with the other side of the pin resting on the anvil.go slow.

Tap tap tap on the pivot pin offending side.
    Check.

Then above operation should fix you right up.
