I'm no authority, but if you ask me, great save. That blade might be handy for the crazy grain directions on the neck...

Thanked: 3795The simple reality is that you usually don't shave with much more than an inch or two of the blade at any given time anyway. In my opinion a razor made into a shorty is simply a good save and is generally still a perfectly good razor for shaving--even if it does look funny.

I like the idea of a short razor like that , have just never done it .. .. I always was drawn to the size and feel of the DD Dwarf although not that short .. nice save !!

Can't speak to shaving with a shorty but I love the look of that razor. Like a mini axe.
