The Journey: A Forlorn Hunk of Junk Wade & Butcher
Here is the subject at hand:
In the end, it will not be pretty. It will remain true to it's history. The scales will stay, but the old masking tape petrified to it will come off. The rust will come off, but the pits will remain. The edge I will hone. I will shave with it. As a testament to it's history, I will shave with it. If it rips my face to shreds, I will shave with it. This is my promise to the old boy.
Join me in the Journey!

You'll make this old razor look great! Take the time giving it the "make over" and it will be an awesome shaver once again when you are done. And yes..... keep us posted as you progress on this journey!
Is it over there or over yonder?

Well, the journey has come to an abrupt halt. After getting the rust and crud off the blade, it revealed a crack in the blade right in the middle going up about 1/2 the blade. So it's done. I'll put it aside to put out if I ever make some kind of display.
