Default Double duck and Dixie razor

These two I got on ebay, the double duck was so bad the vendor said it was a satin edge, you could barely reed anything on it. The Dixie wasn't as bad. but it still had alot of work done on it. Tell me what you think. I have shaved with both of these by the way.

    They look clean to me!

Watch those clear Duck-scales! Those are known to degrade and rust out the blade... You wouldn't happen to recall what the rust pattern looked like on that wedge did you? If it was on the metal that sits near and/or between the scales, then those scales are breaking down... If that is the case, it will spread to any razors near by...

    Other wise, nice clean-up!

    Great work!

MAAS, sandpaper, Dremel, LOTS of elbow grease!

Yeah, I often wonder if some of these eBay vultures actually RETOUCH their pix with PhotoShop.

A significant number of the razors that I've bought via eBay seem to arrive in WORSE shape than the PIX!!!!
