    Yes sir, all I have ever done with guns that were blued was gently wipe the surface dry and gently oil them before putting away. Found WD40 worked just fine.

    Oil did just fine. I even replaced the washers...
    The scales are Tennessee Hickory btw.
    I have 5 Hart steel razors, each one comes with a bottle of oil , so I will never run low on blade oil
