Thanked: 1Ok so I ground it down with the dremel making sure not to let it get hot.
how do I reset the bevel, I only have a norton 4k/8k it seems like it will take some time with that so maybe Sandpaper but what grit/grits
btw it came out at 19/32

Not too shabby! Get some 1000 grit wet/dry paper, lay it on a very flat surface and draw circles with the blade until it's sharp. Tape the spine. I'd really recoment you buy a 220k 1000k Norton combo for the job.
