I beleive that is a Gillette Superspeed, probably from the 1960s. There should be date codes on the underside that you can tell when it was made. You can soak therazor in soapy water to break up gunk on the inside. From there you can use scrubby bubbles or toothpaste to clean it. Just do a search here and you will find several threads about cleaning Gillettes.
I had that model at one time. It gave a fairly mild shave.
