Alright! That looks great! You really are good with that CA. I've found it challenging to get right. And also peening the pins just right, that's a hard one for me, you've got it down.

Wow, accelerator? Never knew. Where do I get it? That sure would speed things up!
I did 2 - 3 coats thin depending the wood, and 6 - 7 coats medium. But accelerator would have helped. The off gassing of covered up coats caused some issues. Also sanding it between coats was a hard lesson on what not to do.
Mine came as a kit.
You get , 1 oz bottle of thin, a bigger bottle of medium, the accelerator, a bottle of satin polish and bottle of gloss polish.
Lee Valley up here supplies all the CA variations and accelerators. Not sure States side. Any wood craft store should have it, and some of the box stores may.
I never use it on small items such as scales or pens though. They seem to dry quite quickly as they are.
I am not dealing with high humidities up here like in Texas of late so YMMV of course.

PS. Those two coats of thin...
They level off a little, creating a bit of a level surface, to build even layers of CA.
That helps me from sanding through.

Mike, that will be great when you are done with it. It may have some wear but it I have honed worse!!!!
You have done some great things so far. I'm glad someone told ya about that kit. It's a lot better than just clear coating stuff! :tu
