I am very quickly learning that this is a very addicting hobby to have, as I am now the owner of several razors instead of 1. Yesterday, I went to an antique store to get a couple of junk razors to try and restore before i attempt my recent Sheffield purchase, and as I was walking out I noticed a simple box in a case. I didn't see a price and thought it would be cool to have an old box so i asked for the guy to open the case. He handed it to me and there was a razor hidden in the box! I pulled out a Dubl Duck Goldedge with a 10$ price tag. I had to try and keep a poker-face on so he couldn't see my excitement. I'm new to this, but from what I've heard about Dubl Ducks I'm guessing this was a good buy. The blade and edge are great except for a slight frown and some patina, and there is a little rust on the tang. I am not going to even think about any sort of restoration with this razor until I am much more sure of my skills with restoration and honing. Until then, what would everyone suggest to keep this razor in decent shape? Just a coat of mineral oil and keep it dry? Also is a slight frown simply fixed by honing?

Thanks in advance gentlemen.
