Where did you find such a large lot, and if you don't mind how much was it? There are some good blades in there!!

Oh that is a lot of sanding and polishing. That should keep you busy for a very long time. Start with the easy ones and work you way up from there. Some of those will likely clean up with a little polish and steel wool.

    That is quite the haul!
Should be done in what, like 110 days or so?

We are looking forward to see the list and pics after you catalog your haul. Also anticipating how much horn,bone,G10, pins and collars etc you will need for that cornucopia .

    Default Almost there

That took quite a bit of time and I'm exaughted just from logging them, I know that this project is going to take me a while and kind of a back story to why I'm doing all this.... I'm a stay at home Dad with a lot of time on my hands and I've been trying different things with little success. I was just about to just give up and only be a stay at home Dad but I don't think I'd be happy with that...

Then One day I sharpened a knife to the point it was shaving hair and it manifests from there... I have fell in love with this hobby and decided to cash out my 401k and give it a shot... I got all my stones, hardware, supplies and even built my own 8ft table. I think I found a guy for pretty cheap horn I have samples on the way to check the quality. I started hand sanding for my restorations and honestly my hands would be cramping so bad I couldn't hold anything... I even had to sit to pee lol that last part was me being exaggerated but u get my point lol

You have alot of nice razors there and many of them don't look like they will take much to get them shining. I wouldn't start off with buffing. Give them a good rub down with some metal polish first. The ones with goldwash any polishing will more than likely remove the goldwash so keep an eye one them. Make sure to post your finished pictures because there are quite a few that look interesting.
