It's ok, not my first choice, but it's fine as long as like Ron said a very good rinsing, I would have got my hot water going like when I,m done shaving and give a long rinse till the blade was good and hot then start the drying process. Your doing fine we have all gotten spots at one time or another, like I said before I learned this lesson on one of my custom razors, freaked me out so bad I sent it off to be cleaned! Tc
