    I never had a G.W. that I got a bad shave from. They are unbelievable shavers. My favorite right now is an 1820's -1830's full wedge that shaves so smooth I love it. Your razor is a great looking gem. Enjoy it.

    Post a picture of the marks on the tang. will be able to narrow it down a bit. Just guessing 1860's on up. But just a guess. that style was popular in that time frame.

    I have a W&B like that.. So its a rattler .. Its not high on my list of restorations but from the sounds of it they are quality.
