Scale Adjustment help needed
I won a Blue Wonder on eBay earlier this week the scales and blade look great yet there is a problem
The problem with my Blue Wonder is that the blade can hit the scales on one side when closing. Also when opening the razor the pivot pin feels tight but when closing it for part of the way it feels loose, and when the blade and the scales are opened beyond 90 degrees the pivot feels loose again.
How can i adjust the pins so that the blade doesn't hit the scales when closing?
And has any one experimented with using tooth paste as a metal polish?
I tried it on some tarnished spoons and it worked but i have yet to try it on
a straight.
Thank You
Eudes

Thanked: 1After seeing which side hits the blade, lay the other pivot pin side on a hard surface, like a vice or anvil. With a ball peen hammer, peen the pivot pin side that the blade hits the scale.. Lightly a little bit at a time and check.
