    Default Japanese frameback restoration

I'm not sure if the scales shrank on this, or what, but the blade was hitting the wedge and sort of popped open and closed. I decided just to unpin, sand, and polish it, then just have new scales made.

No idea what any of the script says.

    It came out really nicely.

And as my usual, sorry for the crappy pics. It's my camera phone in a poorly lit living room.
