    Default Blade staining...water damage? How to remove?

    I acquired a couple of ERN razors from Ebay and noticed that there is some staining on the blades. The photos are from the Ebay listings. The staining seems more prevalent on the black razor.

    Has this staining been caused by trapped water between the blade and scales? Can this be removed, and if so, what would be the best way to remove this and with what tools? I'm new to straight razors, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
