    I ended up buying a Ryobi kit from Home Depot. $50US. Seems to work fine. Thanks everyone for your input.

    Anybody tried using the dremel engraving bits on steel? how do they work? are they horribly innaccurate?

    i looked at those but the bits seem a bit large to get sharp lines. if anything i might buy it, try it, and return it if it doesnt work

    Anyone have the Dremel "Stylus" ? I got one at home depot (yup got lost). The drive on it is weird but yu can get used to it, however the bits don't spin straight, a touch of wobble in it. I returned the first one thinking it was bent, well the second one was worse... going to take it back in the morning.

    Anyone notice the same thing with other models?
