    I'm thinking about buying some brass wedges. Dose anyone have any good suppliers.

    Brass bar stock, I make wedges, never heard of anyone selling them. it is easy to do there are several good post on making them.

    Welcome to the workshop, here is a good how to, thread.

    I've bought pieces of .095 stock at hardware stores .
    Covers most wedge thickness'

    I got a piece of 1/8 brass bar stock from eBay for cheap. One thing I would suggest Tapering the brass into the wedge on the one side of the brass stock. I tried to cut the piece first and it was a huge pain because it conducted heat so well, I constantly was getting burned. Well best of luck to ya!

    Yup, some double stick tape, a wooden paint stir stick a file or sheet of Wet and Dry if you don’t have a belt sander.

    Yes, do taper first cut to rough size and sand or file to finale, once pinned.
