Thread: Newly re-scaled Ralf Aust 5/8

So I have had this razor over a year and while the black acrylic is okay for scales, I decided to use some honey streaked horn I had to fabricate some scales. I used step down brass collars with nylon bushings for the pivot. I used some left over copper/silver polyester resin for my wedge. Not bad and even wet sanded these to get them even a bit more shiny and buffed on the wheel.

I like. Real sexy lines.
