This blade was in pretty good shape so it's mostly just a re-scale.







I'd make the scales thinner next time. The wedge needs a better finish and I need to make a shield to give the pins a bits of sanding/polishing.
Not bad for first go.
The scales are some sort of bone. They were listed as snake skin wood from India. I had a post about them when I first started sanding them. "Rubbed the snake off".
