Default Razor restoration opinions and tips

The first razor is a w.g. wilton celebrated razor 9/8 with a masonic etching on the blade. My problem is that the etching is so light that you can hardly see it. Do you think I should keep it or just polish it up. Or do you have any other suggestions.

The second razor is a Wade and butcher in pretty beat up shape. I would actually like to send this one out to a professional in the next few months and was looking for suggestions.

I think the Wilton looks great the way it is. I'm in favor of keeping what remains of the etching, honing it it and using that big boss! Nice razor there! I may be off on this but the Wade & Butcher looks to me like it had a "faux" frameback (correct terminology?) on the spine originally. The spine has a little step down to accommodate another piece of metal that is now missing. Maybe someone else who knows more can weigh in on that. I've seen threads where guys had methods of replacing that part but not too easy if I remember right.

I'm pretty sure it was a frameback too

I was thinking about it but I don't see a point with the tip cut off like that. It was all part of a lot so I figured it would be something real nice to have some fun with.

I'd send the framback out for restoration and leave the wilton as is.

Not quite done. I'm thinking about bullseye washers but it will be nice to use it for now.
