    only sand to 5000 grit then just Ren wax or bees wax on the cotton buff wheel

    Name: image.jpg Views: 83 Size: 28.3 KBI used Liberon Finishing oil on this - is is similar to teak oil but with a hardener and then finished with Renwax. An old brush maker gave me the tip on Liberon oil - he's used it on wooden brushes which get a lot more exposure to water.
