Thanked: 35Greaves and Sons before and after
Just shaved with this wonderful blade. Greaves and Sons Cast Steel Warranted, with original scales. Karl J cleaned up the blade impeccably.

Very nice, looks like a wonderful and satisfying shaver. Great that the scales were still in descent shape and saveable too, looks fantastic all done.

Thanked: 35Thanks all. Yes, it is a very smooth shaver for sure. I love that the scales only have a few bug bites on the inside, but totally straight and stylish. Look at the bold hardware! For some reason they look fantastic in my opinion, even though they are very large. Jimps on top and bottom make the blade very maneuverable.

Beautiful restoration.
Karl does super work and this is a prime example.
W. Greaves & Son razors are absolutely top notch. You'll get a lifetime of shaves from this.
Congratulations and enjoy!

Nice one! I have one like it. Those big old collars are cool. In good shape, they indeed shave a dream, IMO.
I always say Greaves must have pressed those scales pretty hard.
Seems the bugs could not get their teeth into them.
Karl did a fine job.....Enjoy!
