Not an expert, to my eye there is very little visually wrong with it. I think it is excellent especially considering it is your first attempt at razor making. I agree ^ that I too wish I had the tools and more importantly the skills to do the same.

Possibly a little refinement on the tang and wedge. If the tang has a taper front to end and top to bottom a wedge instead of a spacer is needed.

Overall I really like it since I like classic razor designs.

    No being gentile necessary.
    Beautiful job.
The blade has a nice grind and a nice finish. I like the myrtlewood scales.
Looks like it has great balance and is one heck of a shaver.
The neat thing is that it's only going to get better from here.
    Congratulations and enjoy!

I also think it is a great job. Especially for a first effort. Personally I like razors with a slight smile. Check out Bruno's work to see about as nice a slight smile as I've seen. I also would recommend a thumb notch, and/or jimps.

Joe Chandler, who used to make great custom razors, once posted that using a jig saw blade alongside the tang was a good template for uniform jimps.

Agree with all that been said, looks very good, the only thing I see that I think needs improvement is that huge spacer on the scales. Like BobH mentioned a wedge is needed, perhaps even the wood scales could be thinner under 1/8. Great Job!
One more thing stamp or engrave your work.

I find it hard to believe that it is your first, everything looks very even and straight. I'm not sure what it is I find distracting about the heel/tang transition. My eye goes there like there is something off. Perhaps if you brought the arc forward a little closer to the heel. I do like heelless razors and I am still amazed that this is your first. The scales issues (wedge/spacer) are easily corrected. Sorry but you did not really leave me much for areas for constructive criticism.
