I recently inherited 2 older razors, a Klas Tornblom and a Solingen of some variety. They are both rough, and definitely need some love. I read the sticky and plan to go over the Klas with some hand sanding/polishing and a hone. The Solingen has another issue- the blade is not even. The ends of the actual blade seem to be pretty close in width, but the middle is thinner, almost as if it was sharpened more than the edges. Is there anything I can do about this? I can't find anyone else with a similar problem.
