    Default Nickle silver pins

I'm out of the pin material for nickle silver so I went to the hardware store an bought... stainless steel. Is that what I want? That's not "nickle silver" but it's not available from the local shops. It seems stainless would be hard to peen.

It should be very hard to pin. Check eBay and Amazon for nickel silver rod stock.

Bummer... $5 for 4 pins 12 shipping. I'll check Amazon. So much for instant gratification. I'll settle for two day wait I guess.

I've ordered here before, I've found that shipping is the same fro 12" as for 12'.

    $6.65 USPS Priority Shipping

    $4.29 USPS First Class

They are also a good seller, the 5/32" pins are occasionally useful for some early Sheffields that used larger pin stock.

Did a bunch of checking around. Texasknife.com has the best deal going, that I could find. They do sell on Amazon but no 1/16... I messaged them and they added them. It's still cheaper to order form their web page though. Now to wait for the snail mail.

How many feet did you order and which shipping option did you decide on?
