    Thanks for sharing! Now I will be searching, along with everyone else who read this, for these ball on the bay and at antique shows

    I have seen Lignum Vitae balls with Plastic buttons as well, just so you know. Most of the time if it's ivory, you will be able to see the crossed herringbone grain pattern.

    Well....Cannot wait to see what comes out of it!

    Seems a bit of remorse for wiping the last one clean (amid our protests!) Shall result in a preserved ivory button?
