Good job Pete. You got it now!
With the wedge, do I see a second material in there or is it just the light or camera?
Theirs no way you can go back to sloppy or non-perfect building of scales and wedges now. We will expect top notch quality building for now on!
I think you have surpass my abilities.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Thanks for the compliments Jerry. Yes, you do see two materials. Maybe some folks will have feedback on this. The wedge is horn. I didn't want spend hours on a perfect fit, so there is some super glue in there as well.
The picture in this thread is highly magnified. You can't see the super glue with naked eyes.
As I have learned, lead is both historical and easy. I'm enjoying this so much that I'm thinking toward a hobby business around scales - not a day job, but a way to have some fun.
I'm working to figure out an easy way to do wedges without lead. By law, you can't jewelry with lead in California. I feel sure that would apply here. Also, some folks would be concerned about lead just because it can be toxic.
