    I do not know how they pin their razors specifically, but a standard bullseye is just a different collar or washer on the surface, the pins are all the same, so it should tighten with tappingjust like any other. Do not hit harder, just hit it more. Essentially you are tapping down the edge. The end of the pin forms over like a mushroom and you tap slightly off centre all the way around.
