No, I don't think so. There was a fair bit of wobble...the scales were very lose and cracked at both ends...indeed the pins had no "head" on the reverse side from the picture. Someone was trying to remove the pins. There were pronounced striations to remove the heads of the pins. This is an old razor and the horn scales were very worn, hence my desire to re-scale.
