    Default Sources for replacement scales?

Besides Classic Shaving, who sells replacement scales (complete with pins, etc.)?

Classic would be the only retailer that I know of. There are some forum members that can make plastic scales (Traveler comes to mind), many ppl will make custom wood scales and I bet someone could make pins for you if you asked really nice. You can make your own pins failry easily with 1/16 brass rod and #0 washers. Theres also a guy that sells pins on eBay, kind of a set like the one CS sells.

    Some nice scales:

One of the issues with marketing replacement scales is that one size doesn't fit all. That's why scales are usually custom... they're fitted to the blade for size, shape, pin placement, etc.
